Take part in VINCI Dive into Science - Interdisciplinary International Silesian Summer School ! (from 04.07.2022 to 22.07.2022)

One of BioPham Consortium members, the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland) organises a Summer School from 04.07.2022 to 22.07.2022 !

The Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Silesia invites all interested and talented students to enrol in the intensive VINCI Dive into Science – Interdisciplinary International Silesian Summer School. The recruitment process has just started. The application form will be open till 18th April 2022.

There are no participation fees ! Moreover, participants will receive a scholarship of 5 000 PLN. (~ 1060 €)

The VINCI Dive into Science – Interdisciplinary International Silesian Summer School Programme offers basic and advanced physics, chemistry, computer science, and materials engineering courses. During the Summer School, students will attend a series of lectures specially prepared for them. Moreover, the school gives a unique opportunity to join in the day-to-day work of research teams participating in experiments at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Silesia. The courses on Polish culture at the School of Polish Language and Culture and two excursions are also part of the programme. Students are required to prepare a short report (presentation) on their work at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Silesia, which should be presented at the end of their stay during the closing seminar.
